The mission of The Student Life Education Company is to be the leader in the promotion of healthy dec
isions on the use or non-use of alcohol and other health issues. This is done by increasing awareness, challenging unhealthy attitudes and providing students and student advisors with resources, training and educational materials.
Established in 1986 as BACCHUS Canada, The Student Life Education Company is a registered charity and not-for-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of Canadian students.
To this end, the Student Life Education Company utilizes its four divisions: BACCHUS, the post-secondary division; Student Life NOW! the high school division, The Canadian Centre for Social Norms Research, and now Info4Parents.ca.
BACCHUS Canada For over 20 years, BACCHUS Canada has worked with post-secondary campuses across the country to promote responsible consumption of alcohol and informed decision-making. BACCHUS Canada provides member schools with resources and programming materials to create alcohol & health education campaigns on their campuses. Our high school division develops materials for National Students Against Impaired and Distracted Driving (NSAIDD) Day.
